Zack Mitchell's four-point night powers Guelph Storm past Erie Otters 10-2

GUELPH, Ont. - Zack Mitchell scored three times and added an assist as the Guelph Storm trounced the Erie Otters 10-2 in Ontario Hockey League action on Friday.

Ryan Horvat struck twice and added an assist for Guelph (2-1-1), while Francis Menard had a goal and three assists. Ben Harpur, Cody McNaughton and Tanner Richard all scored and set up two goals. Kyle Pereira added a single.

Mike Cazzola and Mac McDonnell replied for Erie (0-3-0).

Garret Sparks made 27 saves on 29 shots for the win in 47:20 of work. He was replaced in net by Brandon Foote, who stopped all four shots he faced.

Christopher Festarini turned aside 28 of 38 shots for the Otters.
