Zack Mitchell scores twice as Guelph Storm defeat Saginaw Spirit 6-3 @NHLdotcom

GUELPH, Ont. - Zack Mitchell scored twice as the Guelph Storm doubled the Saginaw Spirit 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League play Sunday.

Andrey Pedan, Ryan Horvat, Scott Kosmachuk and Cody McNaughton also scored for Guelph (4-1-2), which had five goals in the third period.

John McFarland, Garret Ross and Michael Fine countered for Saginaw (1-6-0), with all the Spirit's offence coming in the first period.

Storm goaltender Garret Sparks made 30 saves for the win while at the other end Tadeas Galansky stopped 24 shots.
