Minnesota Wild center Zac Dalpe can flat-out play. And not just hockey.

On Tuesday Dalpe visited Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota in St. Paul and he brought his guitar along.

He took time to visit with kids, play a little knock hockey and performed his rendition of Sam Hunt's "Leave the Night On" in the Child Life Zone.

The kids welcomed Dalpe by decorating the walls with drawings of hockey sticks, a puck and musical notes, and wrote out "Welcome Zac #27."
Dalpe had previously showcased his guitar-playing skills in a jam session while he was playing for the Charlotte Checkers in 2012.

And he showed off his chops as part of the group of Vancouver Canucks rookies who sang with Sarah McLachlan in 2013.
