Geroge Red Wings

One young fan made a strong case for being named the Detroit Red Wings fourth star of the game.

A Red Wings fan named George received a lot of love from fans at Little Caesars Arena during their game against the Vancouver Canucks back in February.

George was shown on the jumbotron with a sign that said it was his first hockey game, which received loud cheers from the crowd.

The video then cut to Canucks fans who received boos and then back to George who would be cheered on.

The little guy's expression was hard to read, but the camera caught a few smiles from him.

The University of Michigan's hockey team responded to the video asking if George needed a Michigan jersey for their game later against Michigan State at the arena.

One thing is for sure, George will never forget is first Red Wings game.

George made his return to Little Caesars Arena on Sunday against the Bruins and once again made it on the jumbotron. At first, the Red Wings put a picture of Geroge on the big screen next to a "Kid's Look-A-Like Cam" graphic. Sure enough, the look-a-like was George himself, much to the approval of the home crowd.

The kid never ceases to amazing Red Wings fans.
