Yakupov with three points to lead the Sting past the Majors 4-2 @NHLdotcom

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Nail Yakupov scored a goal and added two assists leading the Sarnia Sting to a 4-2 victory over the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors in Ontario Hockey League action at the Hershey Centre on Sunday afternoon.

Anthony DeAngelo, Craig Hottot and Brett Ritchie also scored for the Sting (13-3-4).

Dylan DeMelo and Jamie Wise each scored for the Majors (11-6-4)

Brandon Maxwell made 18 saves for the victory and Spencer Martin turned aside 29 shots in defeat.

Sarnia scored once on six power-play opportunities while Mississauaga went 2-for-6.
