Wilson gets goal for lead against Sharks

Colin Wilson scored 41 seconds into Game 4 of the Western Conference Second Round to give the Nashville Predators a 1-0 lead against the San Jose Sharks on Thursday.

Wilson scored on a rebound of a shot by defenseman Mattias Ekholm from the blue line.
The Sharks lead the best-of-7 series 2-1.
