Wild Assigns Eight Players

Training camp roster reduced to 49 players

The Minnesota Wild has reduced its training camp roster to 49 players.

The team assigned the following four players to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL): D Guillaume Gelinas, C Adam Gilmour, D Alex Gudbransonand GAdam Vay.
The team also assigned RW Dmitry Sokolov to Sudbury (OHL) and released C Parker Bowles, F Alex Petan, and D Nolan Zajac from their amateur tryout contracts. Bowles, Petan and Zajac will report to training camp for the Iowa Wild.
