Darian Dziurzynski scored in overtime as the Saskatoon Blades beat the Moose Jaw Warriors 4-3 in Western Hockey League action Tuesday.
Josh Nicholls and Chris Collins each had a goal and an assist for the Blades (6-1-0), while Duncan Siemens also scored.
Jordan Wyton, Sam Fioretti and Brett Lyon replied for the Warriors (5-2-1).
Elsewhere in the WHL, Prince Albert edged Everett 3-2 and Edmonton dumped Lethbridge 5-1.
At Saskatoon, the first period saw an abundance of action, with four goals and a heated fight between Warriors left-winger Brett Lyon and Blades defenceman Dalton Thrower.
Blades netminder Andrey Makarov was dominant in Saskatoon?s sixth win of the WHL season, shutting down the Warriors offensive attack with 36 saves. Warriors goaltender Luke Siemens stopped 33 shots.
Both team?s power-play units were mediocre, with Saskatoon and Moose Jaw going 1-6 and 1-4 respectively on the man advantage.
