Mark Stone increased his Western Hockey League scoring lead on Friday as he picked up two goals and an assist, bringing his season total to 65 points in 33 games.
Stone's three-point effort helped lead the Brandon Wheat Kings to a 5-3 victory against the Red Deer Rebels.
Jordan Fransoo, Alessio Bertaggia and Darian Dziurzynski also scored for Brandon (19-12-2).
Alex Petrovic had a goal and two assists for Red Deer (14-14-3) while Colten Mayor and Mathew Dumba each scored once.
Brandon Anderson made 40 saves for the win and Bolton Pouliot stopped 24 shots in defeat.
The Wheat Kings went 1-for-2 on the power play while the Rebels went 3-for-6.
Stone now sits six points ahead of the Portland Winterhawks' Ty Rattie, who is second in league scoring with 59 points in 32 games.

At Red Deer, Alta., the Rebels jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead after Mayor and Dumba score power-play goals less than six minutes into the game.
Stone cut the lead in half with a power-play goal of his own at 9:09.
The game stayed 2-1 until the 17:13 of the second period when Stone added his second goal of the game to tie it at two heading into the third period.
Bertaggia gave the Wheat Kings their first lead of the game 2:13 into the third and Fransoo made it 4-2 at 6:37.
Petrovic scored on the power play at 8:13 but Dziurzynski added one more into an empty net for a 5-3 Brandon victory.
