Werek scores twice including winner as Kingston nips Belleville 6-5 in OT

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Ethan Werek scored twice including in overtime as the Kingston Frontenacs nipped the Belleville Bulls 6-5 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Taylor Doherty had a goal and two assists for Kingston (32-26-4), while Derek Froats and Corey Durocher chipped in as well. Tyler Beskorowany made 34 saves for the win.

Alex Aleardi had a hat trick for Belleville (18-36-8), while Austen Brassard and Kyle DeCoste also tallied.

Tyson Teichmann stopped 26 of 30 shots for two periods before being replaced by Anthony Peters show made 21 saves on 23 shots.
