Wednesday's QMJHL roundup @NHLdotcom

Mickael Audette made 28 saves and the West Division leading Rouyn-Noranda Huskies beat the Lewiston Maineiacs 1-0 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action Wednesday.

Sergey Ostapchuk scored for the Huskies (26-17-3), who extended their winning streak to five games.

Elsewhere in the QMJHL, Shawinigan downed Quebec 4-1 and Cape Breton beat Chicoutimi 4-2.

At Rouyn-Noranda, Que., Adrien Lemay made 35 saves for Lewiston (16-26-1).

Cataractes 4 Remparts 1

At Quebec, Dave Labrecque scored twice as Shawinigan downed the East Division leading Remparts.

Michael Bournival and Olivier Ouellet also scored for the Cataractes (21-17-6).

Dmitri Kugryshev replied for Quebec (26-13-6).


Screaming Eagles 4 Sagueneens 2

At Sydney, N.S., Taylor MacDougall had a goal and an assist as Cape Breton beat Chicoutimi.

Jacob Lagace, with his 31st of the season, Jan Piskacek and Felix Bergeron also scored for the Screaming Eagles (26-15-5).

Dominic Jalbert had two third-period goals for the Sagueneens (16-19-8).
