Watch 2009-10 previews on NHL Network, NHL.com

For the next two nights, running right up to Day 1 of the 2009-10 season, the NHL Network and NHL.com has hockey fans covered.

Tuesday night, the NHL Network will present a special looking at the Western Conference, previewing the 2009-10 season. The hour-long show will be broadcast at 10 pm (ET) on the NHL Network and streamed live on NHL.com.

On Wednesday, the special is titled "Is this the year?" will focus on what lies in store over the coming season.

Western Conference Preview Tuesday (10 pm, ET) -- Host Dan Pollard  and analysts Larry Murphy and Kevin Weekes will break down all the off-season moves and storylines from the Western  Conference, featuring predictions, interviews with Patrick Kane, Ryan Getzlaf and Martin Havlat and others, and all the in-depth analysis
 
Is this the year? Wednesday (10 pm, ET) --
Host Brian Duff, and analysts Larry Murphy and Kevin Weekes wonder "Is this the year?" and will look at such questions as:

* Is this the year there will be a repeat champion?
* Is this the year the Blackhawks end their Cup drought?
* Is this the year the Kings ending their playoff drought?
* Is this the year Ovechkin win his third-straight Rocket Richard & Hart trophies?
