The Washington Capitals forward had his day with the Cup on Sunday. He kicked it off by bench pressing the 35.25-inch, 34.5-pound trophy.

Wilson spent his day with the Cup in his hometown of Toronto, where he started his day with a bowl of cereal out of the trophy.

After his brief workout at St. Michael's College School, Wilson took the Cup to North Toronto Memorial Arena, where he started his hockey career, for a charity gathering that benefited The Hospital for Sick Children.

Wilson's home rink welcomed him back and added a celebratory banner to the rafters.

He also made sure to get a family portrait for the ages.

Wilson had 15 points (five goals, 10 assists) in 21 Stanley Cup Playoff games to help the Capitals win the first championship in their history.
