Visentin 21 saves as the IceDogs shutout the Petes 9-0

ST CATHARINES, Ont. - Mark Visentin made 21 saves for his fifth shutout of the season as the Niagara IceDogs crushed the visiting Peterborough Petes 9-0 on Sunday afternoon in Ontario Hockey League action.

Andrew Agozzino and David Pacan scored two goals apiece for the IceDogs (28-14-3) while Jesse Graham, Luke Mercer, Shayne Rover, Freddie Hamilton and Brett Ritchie added singles.

Rover's goal was the first of his OHL career.

Mike Morrison got the start in goal for the Petes (21-19-6) and was pulled after allowing three goals, but returned to the net in the third to replace Andrew D'Agostini.

Morrisson allowed four goals on 27 shots, while D'Agostini gave up five on 13.

Niagara, who entered the game with the league's best power play, went 2 for 5 with the man advantage while Peterborough went 0 for 5.
