Vincour scores twice as Oil Kings win second in a row, 6-3 over Ice @NHLdotcom

CRANBROOK, B.C. - Thomas Vincour scored twice and the Edmonton Oil Kings had four power-play goals Saturday in a 6-3 Western Hockey League win over the Kootenay Ice.

Craig McCallum, Brenden Dowd, Brent Raedeke and Tyler Hlookoff also scored for the expansion Oil Kings (2-0-0), who have won their first two WHL contests over the Ice.

Steve DaSilva, Michael Stickland and Andrew Bailey replied for Kootenay (0-2-0)

DaSilva was also stopped on a penalty shot by Edmonton goaltender Alex Archibald.

Archibald made 35 saves for the Oil Kings.

Kris Lazaruk and Thomas Heemskerk combined for 22 saves for the Ice.
