Vey and Ringrose lead Medicine Hat to 6-3 win over the Silvertips @NHL

EVERETT, Wash. - Linden Vey and Sean Ringrose had a goal and an assist each as the Medicine Hat Tigers defeated the Everett Silvertips 6-3 Friday night in Western Hockey League action.

Everett led 2-1 early in the second period, but the Tigers got four unanswered goals by Wacey Hamilton, Tristan King, Brennan Bosch and Vey to take control of the contest.

Taylor Gal also scored for Medicine Hat (19-9-3-3). Ryan Holfeld earned the win in goal with 27 saves.

Mike Alexander, Tyler Maxwell and Kellan Tochkin scored for Everett (14-13-5-0), which lost its fifth straight game. Kent Simpson stopped 35 shots in net for the Silvertips.
