The Game

Goalie Darcy Kuemper is expected to make his fourth consecutive start for the Arizona Coyotes when they open a five-game homestand against the Vancouver Canucks at Gila River Arena on Sunday.

Starter Antti Raanta (lower body) skated Sunday but remains out for the Coyotes, who are 3-1-1 in their past five games and 9-3-2 in their past 14, including a 2-1 win against the Canucks at Rogers Arena on March 7.

Arizona is last in the NHL with 53 points.

The Canucks have lost two in a row and are 4-10-3 in their past 17. They've allowed four goals or more in five of their past six.


Players to watch

Canucks forward Daniel Sedin has 15 points (eight goals, seven assists) in his past 13 games.

Coyotes forward Derek Stepan has four points (one goal, three assists) in his past four games.
