Tyler Johnson helps Chiefs snap Everett's 10-game home winning streak, 4-3 @NHLdotcom

EVERETT, Wash. - Tyler Johnson had a goal and two assists, leading the Spokane Chiefs to a 4-3 victory over the Everett Silvertips in Western Hockey League action Friday.

Brady Brassart, Jared Spurgeon and Corbin Baldwin also scored for Spokane (33-20-4).

Ryan Murray scored twice to lead Everett (35-19-3), which had a 10-game home winning streak snapped. Byron Froese also scored for the Silvertips.

Michael Tadjdeh earned the win in goal for Spokane with 23 saves.

Kent Simpson let in three goals on seven shots before being pulled midway through the first for Thomas Heemskerk, who stopped 26 of 27 in relief.
