Tuesday's QMJHL roundup @NHLdotcom

The Drummondville Voltigeurs extended their playoff winning streak to an impressive 11 games on Tuesday, beating the Rimouski Oceanic 6-4.

The Voltigeurs lead the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League semifinal 3-0. Christopher DiDomenico had three assists in the game for Drummondville, and has scored in all of the team's 11 playoff games.

Gabriel Dumont had a goal and an two assists for the Voltigeurs, while Ryan McKiernan, Patrik Prokop, Marc-Olivier Vachon, Benoit Levesque and Yannick Riendeau each added a goal and an assist.

Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was: Shawinigan 4 Quebec 1.

At Rimouski, Que., Marco Cousineau stopped 19 shots to record the win for Drummondville.

Keven Veilleux and Jordan Caron each had a goal and an assist for the Oceanic, while Patrice Cormier added two assists.

Maxim Gougeon made 21 saves for Rimouski in the loss.

Drummondville can complete the sweep Tuesday in Game 4.

Cataractes 4 Remparts 1

At Shawinigan, Que., Cedric Lalonde-McNicoll scored three times to pace the Cataractes to victory, and a 2-1 lead in their QMJHL semifinal.

Pierre-Alexandre Vandall added two assists for Shawinigan. Benjamin Breault had Quebec's only goal.

Timo Pielmeier made 20 saves to record the win, while Quebec's Charles Lavigne stopped 38 shots in the loss.

Game 4 goes Tuesday in Shawinigan.
