Tri-City Americans down Portland Winterhawks 4-1 in WHL action @NHLdotcom

PORTLAND, Ore. - Ty Rimmer made 32 saves Friday as the Tri-City Americans upended the Portland Winterhawks 4-1 in the Western Hockey League.

Justin Feser, with a goal and an assist, Mitch Topping, Malte Stromwall and Zachary Yuen scored for the Americans (3-0-0). Patrick Holland picked up two assists.

Ty Rattie had the only goal for Portland (2-2-0), which got 25 saves from Mac Carruth.

Tri-City finished 0-for-5 on the power play, while Portland wound up 1-for-5.
