Trask scores in regulation and shootout, leads Blades over Tigers @NHLdotcom

SASKATOON - Jake Trask scored in regulation and added another goal in a shootout as the Saskatoon Blades beat the Medicine Hat Tigers 4-3 in Western Hockey League action Tuesday.

Matej Stransky also scored in the shootout, while the Blades failed to score on both their opportunities.

Michael Burns scored twice in regulation for Saskatoon (18-6-1), while Andrey Makarov made 23 saves.

Matthew Konan, Hunter Shinkaruk and Rhyse Dieno replied for Medicine Hat, which came back from a 3-1 deficit to force overtime.

Tyler Bunz made 27 saves for the Tigers (14-8-3).
