Toulmin's two-goal effort leads Swift Current to 5-2 win over Prince Albert

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Grant Toulmin scored twice as the Swift Current Broncos earned their fifth straight win, a 5-2 triumph over the Prince Albert Raiders in WHL action Wednesday night.

The Raiders opened the scoring on Ryan McDonald's team leading 10th goal of the season, but the Broncos replied with four consecutive goals to build period leads of 2-1 and 4-1.

Cody Eakin, Geordie Wudrick, and Brad Hoban - with his first of the season - added singles as the Broncos (14-5-0-0) took over sole possession of first place in the East Division.

Zak Stebner had the other goal for Prince Albert (11-11-0-0).

Broncos netminder Travis Yonkman stopped 35 shots to remain undefeated in five games. Raiders goaltender Garrett Zemlak fell to 7-3 on the season after yielding five goals on 27 shots.
