Toronto Marlies go on scoring spree, rout Hamilton Bulldogs 7-1 @NHLdotcom

HAMILTON - Ryan Hamilton's two goals kicked off a Toronto scoring spree as the Marlies routed the Hamilton Bulldogs 7-1 in AHL action Saturday.

Hamilton's goals were the first of many as Jiri Tlusty, Jeremy Williams, Stefano Giliati, Alex Foster and Anton Stralman all scored for the Marlies (30-22-2-5).

Sergei Kostitsyn scored the lone goal for the Bulldogs, who fell to 35-23-2-0.

Toronto goaltender Adam Munro made 23 saves, while at the other end Cedrick Desjardins and Marc Denis combined for 30 saves.
