London Knights center Mitchell Marner, an A-rated skater on NHL Central Scouting's players to watch list for the 2015 NHL Draft, was named the Ontario Hockey League's player of the month for November on Wednesday.

Marner had 18 goals and 32 points in 12 games during the month, recording at least one point in every game. Marner is currently riding a 16-game point streak for the Knights, during which he has 21 goals and 43 points.

With 48 points (22 goals, 26 assists) in 26 games this season, Marner is fourth in the OHL in scoring and second in team scoring behind Arizona Coyotes prospect Max Domi (12 goals, 50 points).

"He's a skilled guy, skates well, and plays with energy," NHL Central Scouting's Chris Edwards said.

The Thornhill, Ontario, native has 35 goals and 107 points in 90 OHL games spanning two seasons. He was drafted No. 19 by the Knights in the 2013 OHL priority selection and represented Team OHL in the 2014 Subway Super Series. The 5-11, 155-pound right-hand shot had 13 goals and 59 points with a plus-38 rating in 64 games as a rookie in 2013-14. He had three goals and nine points in nine playoff games.
