Tootoo enters NHL/NHLPA Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program

Nashville Predators forward Jordin Tootoo has voluntarily entered in-patient care as part of the joint NHL/NHL Players' Association Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program.

Tootoo's care will be administered by SABH Program Doctors Dave Lewis and Brian Shaw. He'll receive his full salary during his treatment and will have no penalties imposed on him as long as he complised with his prescribed treatment and follow-up care program.

Tootoo has 4 goals and 10 points in 32 games this season. In seven NHL seasons, all with the Predators, Tootoo has 36 goals, 87 points and 619 penalty minutes. He's the franchise's all-time leader in penalty minutes.
