Kuhnhackl-Ccar 7-29

The Stanley Cup returned to Germany for the second straight year for Pittsburgh Penguins forward Tom Kuhnhackl's day with the trophy Friday.
The native of Landshut, Germany, brought the Cup back to his hometown for a two-hour party that included family and friends.

Arizona Coyotes forward Tobias Rieder, a Landshut native, was one of Kuhnhackl's friends attending the celebration. There were also youth players from the town in southeast Germany and Mayor Erwin Schneck.
"You bring glamour to the city and made Landshut even more famous," Schneck said. "For the next generation of the club, you are a model in every respect."
Kuhnhackl, 25, has won the Cup with the Penguins in each of his two NHL seasons. When asked about what else he'd do during his day with the Cup, Kuhnhackl provided some tips on what not to do.
"I'm sure we will find a lot of things at home that we can pour into the cup to drink out of it," Kuhnhackl said. "But one thing you should absolutely avoid [is] don't take the cup into water, a swimming pool for example. If you do that the cup fills up with water and will be wrecked."
As part of the public celebration, Kuhnhackl posed for photos with the Cup and signed autographs.
