Toffoli

Forward Tyler Toffoli will not travel with the Los Angeles Kings for their next two games because of a lower-body injury, coach Daryl Sutter told L.A. Kings Insider on Tuesday.
"We'll get him looked at again early after the new year, so it'll be at least a week before we even look at him again," Sutter said.

Toffoli hasn't played since Dec. 20, a 3-2 shootout loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets. He had played 149 consecutive games before sitting out Dec. 22 against the Nashville Predators.
The 24-year-old leads the Kings at plus-14 and has eight goals and 12 assists in 32 games.
"He's one of those players that plays all situations, which is hard to overcome, but just like any other injury, it's an opportunity for other guys to step up," forward Dustin Brown said.
Devin Setoguchi practiced in Toffoli's spot on a line with Tanner Pearson and Jeff Carter, the website said.
The Kings play at the Vancouver Canucks on Wednesday and at the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday, the last of nine consecutive road games.
