Thunderbirds rally for three goals in third period to beat Bruins 3-1 @NHL

KENT, Wash. - Jeremy Boyer, Devon LeBlanc and Greg Scott all scored in the third period to lift the Seattle Thunderbirds to a 3-1 win over the Chilliwack Bruins in WHL action Sunday.

With the win, Seattle (27-28-1-3) moved ahead of Everett into sixth place in the Western Conference standings.

Scott MacDonald gave the Bruins (14-40-2-4) an early lead with a goal at 14:16 of the second period.

Rookie goaltender Calvin Pickard made 21 saves for Seattle, while at the other end Mark Friesen stopped 23 shots.
