Three-goal second period sends Oilers past Jets @NHLdotcom

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Bogdan Yakimov and Justin Schultz scored in the second period, and the Edmonton Oilers rallied for a 3-2 win against the Winnipeg Jets at MTS Centre.

Oilers goalie Tyler Rimmer stopped all 10 shots he faced in the third period. Laurent Brossoit started and made 17 saves.

TJ Galiardi and Matt Halischuk scored for Winnipeg. Michael Hutchinson stopped 28 of 31 shots.
