VANCOUVER, B.C. - Mats Sundin is heading to Vancouver.
The Canucks have signed the free-agent centre, ending months of speculation about where Sundin would end up - or if he would even return to the NHL. Terms of the deal were not released. Sundin, 37, had narrowed down his choice in recent weeks to the Canucks and New York Rangers.
Sundin had spent the previous 13 seasons in Toronto, where he became the Maple Leafs' career leader in goals (420) and points (987)
