Teams celebrate training camp on social media

Fitness tests, photo bombs and Snapchat selfies highlight first day

Thursday was check-in day for many NHL teams, and the teams and players made sure to celebrate on social media while taking fitness tests and meeting the media for the first time of the 2016-17 season.

After Colorado Avalanche defenseman Tyson Barrie passed his fitness test, he decided to celebrate with ice cream.
