Taylor Hall nets two as Spitfires burn Peterborough Peters 5-1 @NHLdotcom

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Taylor Hall scored twice as the unbeaten Windsor Spitfires routed the Peterborough Petes 5-1 Thursday in the Ontario Hockey League.

Hall scored back-to-back goals in the second period, while Ryan Ellis, Adam Henrique and Mark Cundari also added markers for Windsor (5-0-0), who outshot Peterborough 47-18. Justin Larson scored the Petes' only goal.

Windsor's Steve Gleeson only had to stop 17 shots, while Jason Missiaen had to make 42 saves for the Petes (1-5-0).
