Taylor and Tavares lead way as London rocks the Frontenacs 7-2 @NHLdotcom

LONDON, Ont. - Justin Taylor scored a hat trick and added two assists for five points as the London Knights extended their winning streak to four games by beating the lowly Kingston Frontenacs 7-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday afternoon.

John Tavares scored twice as part of a four-point effort to bring his league-leading point total to 94 (52 goals, 42 assists), six more than Eric Tangradi of the Belleville Bulls.

John Carlson had a goal and three assists, Matt Clark chipped in with three assists and Jared Knight rounded out the scoring for London (44-16-1-2).

Nathan Moon had a goal and an assist and George Lovatsis also scored for the Frontenacs (15-37-6-3).

Trevor Cann made 27 saves for the Knights, while Kingston netminder Mavric Parks stopped 39 shots.
