Tangradi scores pair as Bulls take 2-1 series lead over Sudbury with 3-1 win

SUDBURY, Ont. - Eric Tangradi scored twice and added an assist to help the Belleville Bulls defeat the Sudbury Wolves 3-1 to regain home-ice advantage in their Eastern Conference quarter-final series in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday night.

Tangradi assisted on Luke Pither's late first-period goal before scoring two of his own for the Bulls, who hold a 2-1 series lead.

Daniel Maggio replied for Sudbury, which hosts game four on Tuesday night.

Mike Murphy made 29 saves for Belleville, while Wolves netminder Andrew Loverock stopped 26 shots.
