Tampa Bay leads best-of-7 series 2-0
NEWARK, N.J. -- The Tampa Bay Lightning will try to take a 3-0 lead against the New Jersey Devils in the Eastern Conference First Round at Prudential Center on Monday.

The Lightning will be without forward Ryan Callahan, who sustained an upper-body injury in the final minute of the second period of a 5-3 win in Game 2 and did not return.
Here are 5 keys for Game 3:
RELATED: [Complete Lightning vs. Devils series coverage]

1. Schneider, Johansson return to Devils lineup

Goaltender Cory Schneider will start in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time since Game 4 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals on May 7, 2013, when he made 43 saves for the Vancouver Canucks in a 4-3 overtime loss to the San Jose Sharks.
Schneider, 32, hasn't won since defeating the Detroit Red Wings 3-1 on Dec. 27; he's 0-10-2 in that stretch. He struggled in five starts (4.09 goals-against average, .850 save percentage) since returning March 1 after missing 16 games with a groin/hip injury. Schneider stopped all 10 shots in relief of Keith Kinkaid in Game 2.
Forward Marcus Johansson, who missed the past 37 games with a concussion, will also return. He will begin the game on left wing with center Pavel Zacha and Pat Maroon.

2. Power-play prowess

Tampa Bay's success on the power play during the regular season (3rd, 25.0 percent) has carried over into the postseason. The Lightning are 3-for-4 (75 percent) on the man-advantage and forward Alex Killorn already has scored two power-play goals to match his total in 82 regular-season games.
"If you look at the two goals we scored (in Game 2), we had four guys under the hashmarks and that's really hard to defend if you're the other team," forward J.T. Miller said. "[Killorn] and I try to go to the net and the other guys (Steven Stamkos, Nikita Kucherov, Victor Hedman) have a world of talent. They make the good shots and the nice plays, and we try to open up the ice.

3. Getting to the Point

It's possible Devils coach John Hynes will look to keep his top line of Nico Hischier centering left wing Taylor Hall and Kyle Palmieri away from Tampa Bay's effective checking line of Brayden Point centering Ondrej Palat and Tyler Johnson.
The Palat-Point-Johnson line has limited Hall, Hischier and Palmieri to a combined two goals and three points, and has scored four goals and 10 points.

4. Home cooking

The last time the Devils hosted a home playoff game was June 9, 2012, a 2-1 win against the Los Angeles Kings in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final.
The Lightning finished the regular season with the best road record in the Eastern Conference (25-13-3) and ranked third with a 23.7 power-play percentage away from Amalie Arena.

5. Stellar Vasilevskiy

Lightning goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy has made 70 saves on 75 shots with a 2.50 GAA and .933 save percentage in two playoff wins. Vasilevskiy, who is 6-5 all-time in the playoffs, made 18 saves in the third period of Game 2 to match a Lightning record for saves in a period set by Dwayne Roloson in the second period of a 3-0 loss at the Pittsburgh Penguins on April 13, 2011.
