At 19:51 of the third period in the Lightning/Stars game, the Situation Room initiated a video review because the clock was inadvertently stopped at 38.5 seconds for approximately 5.5 seconds. Video review determined that the puck entered the Tampa Bay net in a legal fashion with 9.0 seconds on the clock and, therefore, the clock is reset to show 3.5 seconds (19:56 elapsed time).
