What goes up must come down is a basic rule of gravity, unless you are kicking a soccer ball around with a bunch of hockey players.

Both the Tampa Bay Lightning and Columbus Blue Jackets proved that again.
The Lightning tweeted a video of some players warming up with a soccer ball, a common practice around the NHL. But what is becoming even more common seems to be players losing soccer balls in the rafters.

It happened to the

earlier this season. Then it happened to the Lightning and Blue Jackets Saturday.
The Lightning video showed players yelling "No! No!" followed by a discussion of who is going to get it.
The clip ends with one of the players saying "I'm not going all the way up there for it."
While the Lightning conflict ended unresolved, the Blue Jackets had a much less difficult situation to deal with.

After a few quick tosses of a water bottle, the Blue Jackets got their ball back. Still it appears like it would have been pretty difficult to get the ball stuck where it was if you are just kicking it around a circle with some teammates.
Stick to hockey, guys.
