EDMONTON - T.J. Foster scored twice and added two assists Thursday as the Edmonton Oil Kings dropped the Brandon Wheat Kings 7-3 in Western Hockey League play.
Stephane Legault, Dylan Wruck and Rhett Rachinski both had a goal and an assist for Edmonton (20-8-1), while Griffin Reinhart and Klarc Wilson added singles.
Tyler Maxwell and Kristians Pelss had two assists each for the Oil Kings.
Ayrton Nikkel, Brenden Walker and Rene Hunter supplied the offence for Brandon (18-12-2).
Laurent Brossoit made 25 saves for the win. Corbin Boes was pulled from the Wheat Kings' net after making 26 saves on 31 shots in 37:37 of work. He was replaced by Brandon Anderson who stopped 10 of 12 shots.
Edmonton didn't score on its three power plays, while Brandon went 0-for-3.
The Oil Kings have won eight in a row and are first in the Eastern Conference.
