The Tampa Bay Lightning haven't allowed a goal in three games, a good enough stretch to vault them back into the top spot in the NHL.com Super 16 power rankings this week.

The Boston Bruins, who were No. 1 last week, are No. 4.
The Washington Capitals, New York Islanders and Chicago Blackhawks each moved up three spots, to Nos. 7, 10 and 13. The Minnesota Wild jumped in at No. 12.
The Pittsburgh Penguins fell three spots to No. 15, the Edmonton Oilers dropped five to No. 16, and the Montreal Canadiens fell out of the Super 16.
To create the NHL.com power rankings, each of the 14 participating staff members put together his or her version of what they think it should look like. Those were submitted and a point total assigned to each.
The team that was selected first was given 16 points, second got 15, third 14, and so on down to No. 16, which got one point.
