Sundin and Antropov to both miss Tuesday's Leaf game in Long Island @NHLdotcom

TORONTO - There is no help on the horizon for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Coach Paul Maurice says that Mats Sundin and Nik Antropov will both miss Toronto's game in Long Island on Tuesday because of injuries. They are the team's top two scorers.

Sundin sat out Saturday's game against the Buffalo Sabres after suffering a groin strain last week and has been listed as day to day.

Toronto plays at Buffalo on Friday and Ottawa on Saturday.

"I'm hoping for the weekend - we'll see how it goes," said Sundin.

Antropov played less than three minutes against Buffalo on Saturday before leaving in the first period with a knee injury. No timetable has been set for his return.

Sundin leads the Leafs with 77 points (32-45) in 72 games while Antropov is second in team scoring with 52 points (26-56) in 70 games.
