Strome scores twice to lead the IceDogs past the Spitfires 4-3 @NHLdotcom

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Ryan Strome scored two goals as the Niagara IceDogs edged the Windsor Spitfires 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Freddie Hamilton and Alex Friesen also scored for the IceDogs (9-9-2).

Brandon Devlin, Nick Czinder and Brady Vail scored for the Spitfires (10-11-2).

Chris Festarini turned aside 29 shots to pick up the win while Jaroslav Pavelka made 38 stops in the loss.

Niagara, who entered the game with the OHL's best power play, went 2-for-7 with the man advantage while Windsor went 1-for-4.
