Stefin Legein scores short-handed goal as Niagara edges Saginaw 4-3 @NHLdotcom

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Stefan Legein scored one of two short-handed IceDogs goals while Andrew Loverock made 43 saves as Niagara edged the Saginaw Spirit 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday.

Andrew Agozzino scored the other short-handed goal for the IceDogs (5-1-0-0) while Alex Pietrangelo and Jordan Foreman also scored.

Ryan McDonough replied with two goals for the Spirit (2-2-2-1), while Adam Codmrie had the other Saginaw marker.

Parker Van Buskirk stopped 38 shots in a losing effort.
