Defensemen Victor Hedman and Anton Stralman also made his preseason debut in the final game before the Lightning open the regular season against the Detroit Red Wings at home on Thursday (7:30 p.m. ET; SUN, FS-D).
Forward Jonathan Drouin had a goal and two assists, and Ondrej Palat, Brayden Point and Nikita Nesterov each had a goal and an assist for Tampa Bay.
Goalie Ben Bishop allowed two goals on 16 shots over two periods. Andrei Vasilevskiy played the third and made seven saves.
Forward Craig Smith scored two goals, and goalie Pekka Rinne allowed five goals on 36 shots for Nashville, which plays its season opener Friday against the Chicago Blackhawks at Bridgestone Arena (8 p.m. ET; NBCSN, TVA Sports, CSN-CH).
