BLUES (25-22-5) at FLYERS (26-20-7)

7 p.m. ET; NBCSN, TVA Sports, CSN-PH, NHL.TV

Blues team scope

Forward Kenny Agostino will make his St. Louis Blues debut. He was recalled from Chicago of the American Hockey League on Sunday to replace forward Robby Fabbri, who sustained a season-ending injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday. Agostino leads the AHL with 42 assists and 60 points in 48 games. "It's exciting for sure," Agostino told the Blues website. "It's a great opportunity so I'm looking forward to it. I have to take the confidence I have from the AHL up here tonight and I'm looking forward to it." Agostino has 10 games of NHL experience, all with the Calgary Flames. His last NHL game was against the Blues on March 14, 2016. "[Agostino] has been having a great deal of success down there and I want him to come up and show us what he can do," coach Mike Yeo said. "I don't want him thinking about too much or worried one mistake will take him out of the lineup. I want to see what he can bring us and we'll give him a good chance tonight." Agostino will play left wing on the second line with center Jori Lehtera and right wing David Perron. He also got some work on the second power play, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Goalie Carter Hutton will start for the Blues. It will be Hutton's first start since Jan. 26, when he allowed five goals on 30 shots against the Minnesota Wild and was removed 2:11 into the third period.

Flyers team scope

Philadelphia Flyers rookie forward Travis Konecny will return to the lineup after being a healthy scratch the past two games. Part of the reason Konecny was scratched was a turnover that led to a goal by the Carolina Hurricanes in a 5-1 loss on Jan. 31, but he said he won't be worrying about being on a short leash. "I'm going to be confident in my abilities and know that I have to do what got me here," Konecny said. "I'm not going to sit back and be safe in every aspect of the game. I'm still going to be trying to make offensive plays in the right situations. But when there's times to get rid of the puck and make a safe play I've got to make sure I'm doing that." The Flyers have points in two straight games but scored a total of three goals, one into an empty net. Konecny has scored seven goals and 22 points in 50 games but might be their fastest and most creative forward. "[Konecny] obviously adds an element offensively, he adds an element of tenacity," coach Dave Hakstol said. "He'll be a good addition to the lineup tonight. … We want him to come back in the lineup and do the things that he does and come in and do them very, very well."
