Special Free Preview of NHL Network in Canada @NHL
Toronto, ON -- Hockey fans have scored big with a free preview of NHL Network beginning today (Friday, Feb. 18) on participating digital television providers in Canada (see below for a list of participating providers).

The NHL Network free preview includes live NHL games, the network's nightly signature program, NHL ON THE FLY, and exclusive NHL All-Access programming from the Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic at McMahon Stadium in Calgary -- granting fans a rinkside pass to the outdoor game between the Montreal Canadiens and Calgary Flames on Sunday, Feb. 20.

NHL Network hockey authorities Brian Duff, Jeremy Roenick and Heidi Androl will broadcast from Calgary throughout the weekend. Viewers will get the latest updates from nightly NHL ON THE FLY segments and from live hourly reports on Saturday, Feb. 19 beginning at 2 p.m. ET and Sunday, Feb. 20 beginning at 3 p.m. ET, including a sneak peek at the ice conditions from Androl and NHL ice master Dan Craig.

Following a replay of the inaugural 2003 Heritage Classic game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. ET, NHL Network Canada will air its special 30-minute show, NHL NETWORK AT THE 2011 HERITAGE CLASSIC, highlighting player interviews, outdoor game features and the weekend's fun fan activities.

NHL ON THE FLY -- weeknights at 8 p.m. ET
During the free preview, the NHL Network's flagship show, NHL ON THE FLY, will provide up-to-the minute hockey headlines, live look-ins, extended highlights, overtime shootouts, real-time scores, interviews, pre- and post-game reports and news conferences. Hosts David Amber, Brian Duff and Ken Reid will be joined in studio for expert commentary from veteran NHLers, including Kevin Weekes, Mike Johnson, Gary Green, Bill Berg and Craig Button.

NHL LIVE! -- broadcast live on Sirius XM Radio, streamed on and simulcast on NHL Network

The NHL's daily radio show, NHL LIVE!, will have programming featuring Calgary and Montreal players, management, alumni and guests in the lead-up to Sunday's Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic.
