Spaling scores twice, Rangers take 2-1 West final lead over Greyhounds @NHL

SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. - Nick Spaling scored twice and the Kitchener Rangers beat the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League playoff action Sunday.

The Rangers lead the Western Conference final 2-1. Game 4 is Monday in Sault Ste. Marie.

Scott Timmins, Mike Duco, Nazem Kadri and Matt Halischuk also scored for Kitchener.

Arron Alphonso, Dylan King and Jacob Muzzin repleid for Sault Ste. Marie.

Josh Unice made 25 saves for the Rangers. Kyle Gajewski stopped 19 saves for the Greyhounds.
