Sonne scores twice as Hitmen down Prince Albert 6-1 to win ninth straight @NHLdotcom

CALGARY - Brett Sonne scored twice and added an assist to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 6-1 win over the Prince Albert Raiders in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Brandon Kozun and Kyle Bortis each had a goal and assist as Calgary's top line accounted for nine points to lead the Hitmen (22-4-1-0) to their ninth straight win. Paul Postma had a goal and set up another, Carson McMillan scored once, while Alex Plante chipped in with three assists.

Igor Revenko scored the lone goal for the Raiders (13-17-0-0), who have lost four straight games.

Calgary netminder Martin Jones - who was named the CHL's Goalie of the Week earlier this week - made 24 saves. Prince Albert netminder Steven Stanford gave up four goals on 11 shots before being relieved by Garret Zemlak, who stopped 12 of 14 shots he faced.
