Snetsinger scores twice in third period as Spitfires take down Whalers 6-4

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - Overager Bradley Snetsinger scored two third-period power-play goals as the visiting Windsor Spitfires edged the Plymouth Whalers 6-4 in Saturday night Ontario Hockey League action at the Compuware Arena.

The Spits scored three times with the extra man and once short-handed to remain unbeaten in four games this season.

Plymouth, who had three power play markers of their own, has yet to gain a win (0-2-1-0).

Jordan Nolan had a goal and two helpers for Windsor, who also got singles from Greg Nemisz, Michal Jordan and Taylor Hall.

The Whalers were paced by Chris Terry's two goals and two assists, with Kaine Geldart chipping in a goal and two assists. Plymouth overage captain Andrew Fournier had the other.

Andrew Engelage earned the victory making 35 saves, while Plymouth's Michal Neuvirth turned aside 41 shots in a losing effort.
