Smith scores a hat trick to lead the 67's over the Bulls 7-2 @NHLdotcom

OTTAWA - Dalton Smith scored three times as the Ottawa 67's crushed the Belleville Bulls 7-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Tyler Toffoli had a goal and four assists for the 67's (23-10-5), Shane Prince scored twice and Cody Ceci chipped in a goal and an assist. Sean Monahan also had four assists.

Austen Brassard and Alex Carnevale responded for the Bulls (21-16-1), who have dropped four straight.

Michael Nishi made 38 saves for the win while John Chartland allowed all seven goals against on 31 shots.

Ottawa went 1 for 2 on the power play as Belleville went 1 for 3
