Shugg scores winner, adds another to lead Spitfires past Kitchener 4-3 @NHLdotcom

KITCHENER, Ont. - Justin Shugg scored twice, including the game-winner with two minutes remaining in the third period as the Windsor Spitfires held off the surprising Kitchener Rangers 4-3 on Friday night in the Ontario Hockey League.

Andrei Loktionov had a goal and an assist and Scott Timmins scored the other goal for Windsor (38-5-0-1), which led 3-1 early in the third before Kitchener scored twice to knot the score at 3-3.

Shane Prince, Julian Cimadamore and Jeff Skinner all scored for the Rangers (18-23-1-1).

Joch Unice made 23 saves for the Spitfires. Kitchener netminder Parker Van Buskirk stopped 38 shots.
